Responsibilities
- Project Support & Documentation
- Support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor across all phases of the project lifecycle
- Track, manage, and upload all project documentation to Procore accurately and on time
- Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders in Procore following PM approval
- Create startup materials and project close-out documentation
- Manage and track change orders and time-loss logs
- Coordinate communications with vendors and suppliers - verify lead times, confirm quotes, and flag delays early
- Support site safety compliance by maintaining accurate records and documentation in Procore
- Builds strong working relationships with trades, vendors, and teammates - people enjoy working with you
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry
- Experience or exposure to hospitality, restaurant, or retail construction is an asset
- Ability to read and interpret construction and millwork drawings
- Proficiency in Procore - document management, PO tracking, and daily reporting
Nice to have
- Background in construction, engineering, or a related field is preferred
Skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal - for working with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
