About the role

  • Samsara's Product Operations team is looking for a hands-on builder to join our Platform team and help accelerate our enterprise-ready roadmap.
  • Not "contribute to." Revenue (or an equivalent business result) grows because of decisions you made.
  • This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.

Responsibilities

  • Drive ARR through platform decisions. Identify the enterprise-readiness gaps that most limit new business, expansion, and retention, and shape prioritization so that fixing them measurably moves ARR.
  • Build and ship internal data and AI products that help Product and Engineering teams understand platform usage, customer friction, and the highest-impact opportunities to improve.
  • Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data, including product telemetry, support tickets, customer conversations, feature requests, surveys, and product metadata, to find patterns that would be difficult to see manually.
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
  • This is an individual-contributor role for someone who has already shown they can build and ship.
