  • In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting our IT and Client Services teams by delivering high-quality data exchange solutions and reporting services.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key communicator between IT, management, end users, and customer support teams to ensure smooth data interface operations
  • Maintain and enhance the performance, accuracy, and reliability of interface and reporting applications
  • Support reporting needs, including import/export requests, with a focus on timeliness and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience
  • Hands-on experience with data interface/exchange implementation
  • Experience creating Crystal Reports using complex data structures

Nice to have

  • Experience in a collections environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with ARTIVA is preferred but not required
