About the role

Responsibilities

  • Address complex scalability challenges to support rapid user growth while maintaining high availability and optimal performance.
  • Responsible for scoping, design and building some of the high impact technology projects.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience writing professional production code and tests 5+ years of experience in Web backend technologies, like Ruby on Rails, Python, Node.js, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience in building rich web UIs with React (and Redux) or similar frameworks Can implement efficient database design and query performance in a relational database (Postgres, SQL, etc)

Compensation

  • Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan.
