About the role
- Ensure the accuracy of financial statements by assisting with core financial processes, including standard accounting principles, account reconciliations, and month-end reporting
- Leverage analytics to merge financial, supply chain, and patient program data into actionable insights, translating complex financial data into high-impact presentations for stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with commercial teams to gather data and compile evidence-based recommendations for business planning, forecasting, and scenario-planning
- Support the tracking of portfolio prioritization and resource allocation, building transparency around internal investments and evaluating the financial implications and ROI of business activities
- Identify and implement innovative opportunities for automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to increase efficiency and support digital transformations in forecasting and process digitalization
- This position is not eligible for relocation support.

Requirements
- You are currently pursuing Master's degree (such as an MBA or Master's in Finance) in Business, Finance, or a related field, and possess strong foundational accounting knowledge
- You possess sharp strategic and analytical thinking skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts to provide future-focused clarity beyond historical numbers
- You are an impactful communicator with strong storytelling skills in English, capable of translating complex data into clear visual and oral narratives for diverse stakeholders
- You bring tech-savviness with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, alongside a comfort in exploring AI tools, and harbor an ambition for a global career in Finance

Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 57 416,00 and 75 358,50 of hiring range.
