Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership and HR Business Partners to implement organization and talent planning process to identify and address organizational capability gaps and workforce development priorities.
- Drive enterprise talent management initiatives include succession planning, high-potential programs, career architecture, and leadership pipeline development.
- Build frameworks that support organizational agility, internal mobility, and employee retention.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs for front line leaders, emerging leaders, managers, directors, and executives.
- Create scalable leadership capability models aligned with company values and growth expectations.
- Lead executive development initiatives to strengthen strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead enterprise performance management philosophy and processes to drive accountability and growth.
- Drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, manager effectiveness, and organizational culture.
Requirements
- Experience supporting global and distributed workforces in manufacturing and engineering.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
Compensation
- P95-USA-1:$187,450.00 - $267,750.00 Disclaimer:
- Final base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job location, where work will be performed, qualifications, work history and relevant experience.
