Responsibilities
- Experience developing and delivering technical training programs for field service organizations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical training, field service operations, technical support, or related roles.
Skills
- Establish training KPIs and performance metrics to measure technician readiness, certification progress, and service impact.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the training organization.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $93,000 - $135,900 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities.
Benefits
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Education, Business, Operations, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training platforms.
- Experience with adult learning principles and modern learning methodologies. (ATD)
