Nice to have
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership, with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Reconcile commission expense to plan and explain the variances.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- An MBA or CPA is preferred.
- Eight or more years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, GTM Finance, or Revenue Operations, ideally in high-growth SaaS.
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, with demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced Excel functions.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
Compensation
- Lead finance support for GTM departments and business segments, including annual planning, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and analysis.
