About the role
- You'll experiment with new candidate profiles, strengthen our employer brand, and play a key role in evolving our interview processes and recruiting best practices.
- The base salary range for this position is $145,000 to $170,000.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Product and Engineering, as well as other cross functional roles.
- Partner with tech teams, as well as company leadership to define hiring priorities, refine candidate profiles, and align on talent strategy.
- Support hiring efforts across all teams, jumping in to help where needed as we scale.
- Source and engage top talent through creative, personalized outreach and proactive pipeline building.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience: managing communications, interviews, and offer processes with care and consistency.
- Collaborate with the TA Team to enhance recruiting processes, tools, and reporting for better efficiency and insights.
- Champion Adonis' values throughout every stage of the hiring process, ensuring we build a diverse, high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (you'll work directly with senior leadership).
- Adonis is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to partner across all departments at Adonis, with a primary focus on building out our Engineering and Product teams.
- Reporting to the Head of TA, you serve as a dedicated partner to leadership, helping define hiring needs, attract exceptional talent, and shape our recruiting strategy as we scale.
