1-3 years of prior customer service experience required
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Effective Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure mutual understanding and collaboration among team members and stakeholders

Capability to analyze situations, consider various perspectives, and make well-informed decisions
Sound Judgment & Decision-Making
The expected base salary range for this position is $48,500-$73,000.
Depending on your relevant experience, skills, qualifications, market conditions and business needs, base compensation may vary.

Investigate claims and determine coverage under a customer's policy.
Assess loss details and damage areas to confirm coverage applicability, including ordering police reports and contacting witnesses when necessary.

Inform and educate customers about the claims process.
Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers and brokers.
Review appraisal findings and guide customers through the valuation and settlement process, including documentation and payment issuance.
