Responsibilities
- Localize and deliver enterprise communications, including announcements, change initiatives, and business updates.
- Support crisis, reputation, and business continuity communications.
- Support industry awards, speaking engagements, events, and community outreach efforts.
- Partner with Marketing Centers of Excellence (COEs) to maintain brand consistency and maximize impact.
- Partner with Talent Attraction, Employment Marketing, and regional leadership to support hiring and workforce growth.
- Support recruitment marketing and employment branding aligned with workforce planning.
- Collaborate on workforce communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as the lead marketing advisor to regional leadership, Business Development, and Pursuit teams.
- Partner early on strategic initiatives, projects, and business opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships and align regional priorities with enterprise marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or business partnership roles.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed, or multi-regional organizations.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, communications, digital and recruitment marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to influence leaders and align diverse stakeholders around shared objectives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing technology platforms.
Nice to have
- Industry experience (construction, engineering, or professional services) preferred.
