- Reading work orders and punching various window sills and jams to specification.
- Maintaining steady flow by partnering with Saw Operators and Welder Operators.
- Working with the Production Manager, Area Coordinator and Team Leader to ensure manufacturing and quality performance standards are maintained.
- Cross-training in production duties.
- Completing and mastering the job with the highest level of safety and accuracy.
- Listening and applying feedback from management to produce quality products.
- Other tasks, as assigned.
