Responsibilities
- Perform wrinkle assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Complete and maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation for every client
- Communicates Effectively - Delivers messages in a clear and concise manner
- Drives Results - Persists in accomplishing goals despite obstacles and setbacks
Requirements
- Frequently required to kneel, bend, sit and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to use needles and properly inject patients in the three FDA approved areas for wrinkle prevention
- Ability to lift/transport items weighing up to 30 lbs
Compensation
- The target base pay for the Nurse Practitioner role in Chicago, IL is $54.00 - $60.00/hr USD.
