About the role

  • EverQuote is searching for a Senior Engineer II, Full Stack to join our B2B Agency Feature Team, one of the highest-impact teams driving the future of our Agency business.
  • This is not just another engineering role.
  • Your work will directly shape how agencies interact with our platform and unlock revenue at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Design large-scale UI systems and communicate designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders (Product, Design).
  • Use data (e.g., A/B testing, performance monitoring) to support and validate your UI/UX concepts.
  • 8+ years of professional programming experience, with deep, hands-on expertise building scalable full-stack solutions, encompassing equally solid front-end architecture and robust backend systems in production environments.

Requirements

  • This role is required to report to our Cambridge office 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Expert experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and Typescript.
  • Proficient in component-based architecture and have experience with Docker/Kubernetes for front-end build and deployment processes.
