Responsibilities

Perform Preventative Maintenance Site Assessments at each assigned restaurant every quarter
Partner with local and national vendors to ensure work completed is on par with Chipotle' standards
Manage direct M&R budget of assigned restaurants
Work directly with AFM/FM to identify capital improvement needs. Get quotes for such items and after installation validate quality and workmanship
Manage Work Order requests to ensure all items are entered and closed out correctly, give Work Order training to restaurants when needed.
Partner with Facility Support Team to ensure requests are assigned and completed in efficient manner
As the Facilities Specialist, you will provide support to an assigned region of restaurants through Preventative Maintenance, Site Assessments and reactionary repairs helping deliver an environment of World Class Food Safety and an Excellent Guest Experience.

Requirements

Clean Motor Vehicle Report required.
Gas Fitter License 1or 2 required.
Mechanically inclined, must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to use ladders on a frequent basis.
Overnight travel may be required.
Must be able to handle stressful situations while being able to communicate in a professional and positive manner.
Must be a problem solver.

Nice to have

Trade school certificate preferred.
BES 1 & 2 Certification preferred.
EPA certification preferred.

Compensation

offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
Pay range is $51,000.00-$69,000.00 depending on skill level, experience and/or education.
