CCS strives to provide a safe and respectful environment where program participants can access an array of emergency and supportive services and work towards more permanent housing.
Staff in this position provide supervision, program structure, behavior management and a wide range of basic needs services, as well as more advanced social services.

Develop supportive relationship with guests by using motivational interviewing strategies, providing an informal listening ear for guests experiencing difficulties.
Maintain an excellent level of cleanliness by cleaning the site of garbage, animal waste, etc., while following all safety protocols.
Maintain the daily schedule for each program.
Maintain written and computerized records including communication log, incident reports, and HMIS data entry.
Maintain order and communicate/enforce rules and policies.
Maintain daily log of active participant and number of available spaces.
Maintain an atmosphere conducive to a good night's rest for the site.

Provide behavioral management for a diverse population including individuals with chemical dependency and/or mental health issues.
Respond to guests who are in crisis or having medical emergencies and report to appropriate emergency services as needed.
