About the role

  • Join K Health as a pioneering clinical leader and play a key role in transforming healthcare delivery.
  • In collaboration with leading hospital systems across the country, we are expanding access to healthcare through state-of-the-art Virtual Comprehensive Care Clinics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clinical practice within our consumer and partnership clinics
  • Collaborate with Practice Manager to assess opportunities for continued operational improvement
  • Lead a partnership clinic, from development to launch, be accountable for the oversight and management of clinic operations and practicing clinicians
  • Establish excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners both internally and externally
  • Support the establishment, maintenance and communication of appropriate policies, procedures, and clinical practice guidelines

Requirements

  • 5+ years of post residency experience
  • Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine
  • Comfortable with EMRs, MUST have EPIC experience
  • Experience in start-up environments and Telemedicine
  • Effective leadership and critical thinking skills and proven ability to foster team productivity, unity, and cohesiveness

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a leadership role preferred but not required
  • Local to NY City area is preferred

Compensation

  • $265,000 - $285,000 USD

  • Participate in the customization, development, design, standardization, implementation, and review of medical operations, protocols, and data to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide clinical expertise to both internal teams (operations, product, medical, regulatory, non-clinical, marketing, and data science) and external teams to ensure that clinical needs and business strategies are met
  • Share regular updates and create presentations to the Medical Leadership Team as well as other key stakeholders
  • Work with the operations team to develop and maintain scalable processes and procedures for the medical team
  • You will collaborate closely with our medical network and lead initiatives to expand access care and optimize the use of our services.
