About the role
- To identify and resolve discrepancies between Bills of lading and TMS system / OVP / OVQ to minimize discrepancies, maximize revenue, and achieve 100% TMS compliant manifests.
- Troubleshoots common and complex rate retrieval errors.
- Issues manifest correctors and/or coordinates updates in TMS / OVP / OVQ to resolve compliance issues.
Responsibilities
- Validates rate accuracy in the OVA application.
