Responsibilities
- Examine tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue during the event and assist guests with locating their seats. Help maintain clear aisles and inform guests of venue policies as needed.
- Partner with fellow crew members at the end of the show to close the venue.
- These businesses allow Live Nation Media & Sponsorship to create strategic music marketing programs that connect over 1,000 brands with the 98 million fans that attend Live Nation Entertainment events each year.
Requirements
- Must be willing to learn multiple positions within the venue.
- Must be 18 years of age.

- Greeting guests, providing stellar customer service with a smile
- scanning tickets upon entry to the venue

- and alerting guests of venue policies as needed.
- Examine tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue during the event and assist guests with locating their seats.
- Assist guests with special needs, such as helping with seat accommodations.
- Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity.
- May assist in verifying staff credentials to generally restricted areas.
