Responsibilities
- Maintain physical plant of the crisis center. Completes work orders as needed and ensure crisis center maintains compliance with DHSR licensure regulations.
- Coordinate and/or implement skill level activities involving the care, treatment, and training of individuals receiving crisis services.
- This role will function as a leader among the Lead Behavioral Technicians and Behavioral Technicians, ensuring frontline processes are efficient and effective, ensuring excellent communication flows freely between leadership and the direct floor staff, and ensuring quality care is provided to the youth served.
Requirements
- Bachelors (Required)
- Ensure that coaching, rounding, disciplinary action is completed as required.
- Attend and actively participate in meetings and training as required.
- Complete documentation in EHR as required.
- Driving and travel may be required.
- You will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties and responsibilities upon the request of a supervisor.
