- Robots must remain active throughout the shift - reliability, focus, and teamwork are essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform scene resets and maintain operational flow
- Log activity and maintain shift documentation
- Coordinate closely with your teammate to maintain continuous uptime
- Maintain consistent robot uptime throughout shift
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
Requirements
- 1-2 years out of high school, or some college coursework
- Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable using gaming-style controllers and computer terminals
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Ability to maintain concentration for extended periods
- Reliable, team-oriented, and punctual
Nice to have
- Previous Robot Teleoperator experience
- Experience with console or PC gaming
- Familiarity with multi-screen setups
- Experience in shift-based or operational environments
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
