- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Engineering, etc.) to handle escalations.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
- Navan Expense provides employees with a refreshingly easy way to pay for what they need while giving finance leaders one easy place to control, manage, and track spend.
Requirements
- 1+ years of KYC/KYB compliance within the fintech or travel sector
- Proven ability to meet targets in a high growth and high demand setting.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in process launch and maturity.
Nice to have
- Prior Salesforce experience a plus
