About the role
- This role will facilitate achievement of Arch's strategic goals through end-to-end management of projects, and portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end, working with business subject matter experts
Requirements
- 7+ years of successful project management experience.
- Experience in leading and facilitating large scale projects in a matrix environment
- Effective communication skills. ability to articulate the situation/issue in a simple and clear way (written, verbal, presentation)
- Strong business acumen- knowledge of how business is run and experience in applying it in business situations
- Experience in Insurance, and exposure to business systems and data flows
- Proficiency with MS tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data, or similar field
- Required Experience
Nice to have
- Project Management certification a plus
