Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and manage partnerships with top crypto, trading, and finance creators across X, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, and other emerging platforms
- Build repeatable systems for creator management, content distribution, community engagement, and performance tracking
- Work closely with product, marketing, and design teams to launch campaigns, gather user feedback, and improve activation
- Proven ability to build partnerships and execute campaigns from idea through launch

Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in growth, partnerships, creator marketing, community, or business development
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial products simply
- Experience at a high-growth startup or consumer fintech company
Compensation
- $200,000 to $250,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
- This salary range is based on current available market data and represents the expected range for this role.
