About the role
- You are pioneering how Generalist models are brought to the world.
- Today users must interact with our robots, interact with our custom data collection hardware, interact with custom hardware appliances, and interact with our UI tools.
- Designing the end to end user experience of the Generalist platform
Responsibilities
- This is the founding product design role.
- You will own the end to end user experience.
- You will own these and future interactions.
- Working directly with engineering to implement new experiences and refactor existing ones
- Please include a design portfolio when applying.
- Robots can help us build more and get more done.
- We build embodied foundation models, starting with a focus on dexterity.
Requirements
- Designing the UX for various custom hardware components required to use the platform
Nice to have
- Have familiarity with frontier AI.
- Robotics or hardware experience is a plus but not required
