Responsibilities
- Returns Department Support:
- Collaborate with the Returns team to optimize processes and minimize return-related challenges.
- Develop a deep understanding of our brand, products, and services.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Good communication skills and ability to work with a team
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly
- Must be available to work flex schedule of Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day between 7:00am and 5:00pm.
- Must be willing and able to lift packages anywhere from 2-50lbs.
- Required Characteristics:
- Ability to work under pressure and in various climates, heat or cold
- Ability to thrive in a quickly growing and very fast paced work environment
- Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience (Preferred)
- 2+ years of related customer contact/ service industry experience preferred.
- Apparel Industry Experience (Preferred)
Compensation
- Born Primitive is committed to pay transparency.
- The compensation for this position is $20.00/hour.
- This is a full-time hourly position.
- This position may also be eligible for additional benefits and incentive compensation, where applicable.
