About the role
- Job Description: The Supervisor, Product Owner provides leadership and direction to a team of Product Owners and Analysts while also managing a key product area.
- This role ensures consistent product management practices, alignment between product strategy and business objectives, and effective execution of product initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Compliance with all applicable organizational policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Leads and mentors a team of Product Owners and Analysts to ensure clarity of responsibilities, balanced workload distribution, and consistent delivery.
- Manages product backlogs by prioritizing features, enhancements, and defect resolution to meet business and customer needs.
- Collaborates with cross‑functional partners to plan work, clarify requirements, and deliver solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
- Incorporates customer insights, analytics, and market trends into product decisions to support continuous improvement.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high‑quality documentation.
Requirements

- Ability to review written documentation and analyze detailed product information.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
