Responsibilities
- Support key activities within the order-to-cash process, including contract setup, billing, revenue recognition support, customer account maintenance, and related financial system updates.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging, support collection efforts, document follow-ups, escalate overdue or disputed balances, and report key collection highlights to support DSO and corporate reporting requirements.
- Support monthly revenue-related reporting, analysis, and timesheet-driven revenue forecast and actuals processes through data updates, validation, stakeholder follow-up, and variance review.

Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in revenue accounting, billing, accounts receivable, collections, or finance operations.
- Experience with Salesforce in a similar role is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet recurring deadlines.
- Ownership mindset, sound judgment, and ability to follow through with internal and external stakeholders.

- Formation privilégiée: diplôme universitaire en comptabilité, finance, administration ou domaine connexe, ou DEC en comptabilité.
- De 1 à 4 années d'expérience en comptabilité des revenus, facturation, comptes clients, recouvrement ou opérations financières.
- Compétences intermédiaires en Excel
- expérience avec SAP fortement souhaitée.
- Une expérience avec Salesforce dans un rôle similaire constitue un atout.
- Excellente attention aux détails, solides aptitudes organisationnelles et capacité à respecter des échéances récurrentes.
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais.
- Sens des responsabilités, bon jugement et capacité à assurer un suivi efficace auprès des parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Personne autonome, motivée et ayant un fort esprit d'équipe.
- Are you known for your analytical mindset, organizational skills, and attention to detail?

- Intermediate Excel skills
- SAP experience strongly preferred.

Compensation
- The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $51,900.00 - $86,500.00.
