Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of social media content across platforms, working closely with internal teams and creative partners.
  • Support the development and implementation of Co-Op Marketing Partnerships as necessary.
  • Provide logistical and creative support for brand webinars and partner training sessions, including presentation setup, asset organization, and post-event follow-up.
  • Contribute to brand campaigns and ad-hoc initiatives, including digital advertising support, collateral development, and promotional fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications and deliverables.
  • Support general administrative and organizational tasks for the Brand team as needed.
  • Comfortable working with creative assets (copy, imagery, design files, etc.) and collaborating with designers or content producers.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in or experience with social media tools (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite) is considered an asset.
