Compensation

  • About The Opportunity Camp Counselors will contribute to our mission by embracing our mission of "Making Dogs Happy".
  • Camp Bow Wow ® employees are trusted to maintain a safe and clean environment, proactively manage dog health & behavior, and provide the best customer experience to our Campers and Pet Parents.
  • This position is located at Camp Bow Wow's Westminster location, which is owned and operated by Camp Bow Wow's Corporate Headquarters.
  • We support internal growth and development for all positions.
  • Employees are eligible for a performance review with potential compensation increase 6 months following their hire date or any future promotion!
  • Primary Responsibilities Care for dogs of all breeds and sizes Monitor dogs in play areas, maintain a clean environment and manage dog behavior.
