- As a Materials & Receiving Team Member at Bath Fitter's Tennessee Manufacturing Plant, you'll play an essential role in ensuring materials, inventory, and finished products move efficiently throughout our operation.
Responsibilities
- Provide material handling support to production and safely store inventory
- Perform inventory cycle counts and correct inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate data using scanners and internal systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or GED
- Forklift operation experience
- Warehouse, materials, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Experience using handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
