About the role
- Generate detailed, accurate reports with careful presentation of test data and findings
- Are proficient with test equipment and reliability test systems and related software
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain reliability test systems including thermal chambers, optical test equipment, tensile testers, and Hi-Pot testers
- Support product development through verification, validation, and ongoing reliability testing (ORT)
- Manage inventory of testing materials and accessories, and coordinate equipment calibration schedules
- Support creation of 8D reports, reliability reports, and first article inspection reports
- Can manage multiple project priorities at once
- Perform inspections and testing of raw materials and finished products against all specifications and company standards

Requirements
- Have an associate degree in Engineering Technology or a 2-year diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Optical fields
Nice to have
- Have 5+ years of industrial experience in a manufacturing environment (a plus, but not required)
Skills
- Have careful analytical skills and can generate comprehensive reports
Compensation
- $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, plus a $2,000 prepaid card for medical expenses (prorated based on start date)
