About the role

Provide overall cybersecurity program management for assigned classified and unclassified information systems.
Oversee execution of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), including categorization, control selection, assessment, and authorization activities.
Direct and oversee ISSOs and cybersecurity staff supporting assigned systems.

Manage the Authorization to Operate (ATO) process and maintain system security documentation (SSPs, POA&Ms, risk assessments).
Supports RMF execution, accreditation activities, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity compliance.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related) or equivalent experience.
Active TS/SCI required U.S. Citizenship required OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking for an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to provide overall cybersecurity oversight for classified and unclassified systems.

Experience with eMASS and/or Xacta accreditation tools.
Prior experience as an ISSM supporting IC or USSF/DoD space programs.
Master's degree in a related technical field.
