Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day community operations across WeChat, Discord, and Xiaohongshu - drive conversations, answer questions, and keep the community engaged.
- Create community content and campaign copy
- Gather user feedback, deliver weekly community metrics reports, and nurture key opinion consumers (KOCs).
- Create community content and campaign copy; curate high-quality user-generated content (UGC).
- The Community Operations Intern will support day-to-day community operations across WeChat, Discord, and Xiaohongshu, keeping the community active and engaged.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
Skills
- Strong writing skills and fluency with major social platforms.
