About the role

  • The Machine Operator produces sub assemblies and final assemblies of ventilation and specialty products for the retail and wholesale industry.
  • The main work location for this role will be the table line, but the ideal candidate will be asked to work in other locations as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Cleans and maintains work areas in accordance with plant standards.
  • Maintains assigned work areas in accordance with prescribed housekeeping standards.
  • Reports abnormal conditions to the supervisor and/or team lead.
  • Performs all duties, responsibilities, and job task assignments in accordance with safety and environmental procedures, methods, policies, rules and regulations.
  • Cleans, performs basic maintenance, and makes minor repairs or specified operating adjustments to equipment.

Requirements

  • Completes all required training.

Skills

  • The operator operates equipment safely and efficiently, meeting quality standards and production targets.
  • Essential Duties
  • Ensures protection features of equipment, process operations, and tools are operationally intact and applied as instructed.

Compensation
