Oversees day‑to‑day technical operations within assigned areas, evaluates service priorities, and ensures high‑quality completion of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing projects.
Strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to guide both technical work and team performance are essential for success in this position.

Performs other duties as assigned.
EPO creates and maintains safe, innovative, efficient, mission-driven environments that support our students, faculty, staff, patients, researchers, and community partners.
Provides advanced technical expertise and leadership in support of critical campus facilities, serving as the primary resource for complex maintenance needs across specialized environments.
