Responsibilities
- Lead business operational reporting and the design / development of dashboards that give the CPO and leadership team visibility into priorities, progress and risks
- Partner cross-functionally to streamline administrative workflows, simplify processes, and increase operational efficiency
- Lead and support execution of CPO initiatives (e.g., supporting the execution planning and ongoing management of an AI mentoring program)
- Develop project-based recommendations for senior leadership
- Create executive-facing deliverables to drive alignment, accelerate progress and support decision-making
- Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expenses
- Continuously improve how executive support is delivered through AI and automation (e.g., agentic calendar analysis)

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience working in a combination of executive support, business operations or program management
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with experience creating executive-level presentations
- Proven experience owning projects and driving execution across multiple stakeholders
Compensation
- $73,130.00 - $121,952.00
- Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
