About the role
- In addition to handling standard specialist duties, this role is entrusted with the organization's most complex and specialized accounts, specifically serving as the subject matter expert for Programmatic, Alliance, and Adtaxi accounts.
- The ideal candidate leverages advanced technical knowledge, accounting expertise, and elevated problem-solving skills to successfully oversee these specialized, high-complexity portfolios.
- Please note: This role is fully remote but you must reside in OH or CO.
Responsibilities
- Perform customer credit analysis as needed
- Use and maintain A/R collections module in Circulation and Advertising System(s)
- Perform Customer revenue and A/R trend analysis
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Billing, Cash Applications, and GL, to ensure accurate billing and timely collections
Requirements
- Must be willing to submit and pass the necessary required checks
Nice to have
- A comprehensive understanding of program-specific invoicing, revenue recognition, and payment processes
- High accountability due to the financial complexity and business impact of these key accounts
- Accounting and analytical skills to reconcile complex transactions, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing issues
- Strong sense of urgency combined with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to create Excel spreadsheets using formulas as needed as well as 10 key proficiency
- Analytical skills, initiative, and attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills and team collaboration skills, along with strong customer service skills
- Advanced knowledge of multiple billing systems, platforms, and specialized advertising programs
Compensation
- The hourly wage is $22.00.
- Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to geographic location, education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc.
