- Submitting clean claims efficiently and accurately for your assigned clinics
Responsibilities
- Helping build internal billing documentation and resources to support knowledge sharing
- You'll be working closely with our U.S. Insurance Lead, Billing Experts, and the broader Support team, all while helping us set the bar for what great billing service at Jane looks like.
- Confident communicator, clear, professional, and able to build rapport with clinic staff
Requirements
- Familiarity with billing systems like Office Ally, Availity, Kareo, Epic, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and how to interpret EOBs/ERAs
Compensation
- Jane's committed to paying our team members fairly, clearly, and above all, paying for growth.
- This is reflected by a strong starting annual salary of $55,000 USD for the US Medical Billing role at Jane.
- You'll be eligible for a salary increase each year on your work anniversary that will reflect the hard work you'll be doing to meet our customers' high bar and the growth you'll be experiencing in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
