Requirements

  • A Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or relevant case management experience in housing
  • An individual with any four-year degree and two years of qualifying experience.
  • Complete timely data collection and entry as required by DMH.
  • Assist eligible households in obtaining identification documents required for housing or employment.
  • A Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or relevant case management experience in housing; OR
  • Associate of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support from an approved institution eligible to provide community support services; OR
  • A mental health professional as defined in 9 CSR 10-7.140( 2)( QQ)
  • An individual with a bachelor's degree in a human services field, including Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Education, Criminal Justice, Recreational Therapy, Human Development and Family Studies, Counseling, Child Development, Gerontology, Sociology, Human Services, Behavioral Science, and Rehabilitation Counseling.
  • Any four-year combination of higher education and qualifying experience.
  • An individual with four years of qualifying experience.

Nice to have

  • Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
  • Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Completion of the SOAR programs.
  • Completion of the HUD Quality Standards quiz.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
  • Top-notch training: initial, ongoing, comprehensive, and supportive
