- May function as both inventory control and shipping/receiving roles in some facilities.
Requirements
- Competent knowledge of computers.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Lift truck experience is an asset, but not required.
- Ability to work with all departments.
- Ability to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.
- WMS knowledge helpful.
- Customer focused and oriented.
- High School diploma or equivalent is desired.
- A minimum of six (6) months in current position or previous experience is preferred.

Nice to have
- Track order status and communicate updates to operations and management.
- Print and distribute work instructions, labels, pick tickets, and other required documentation.
- Addresses carrier and customer needs and concerns.
- Report all incidents resulting in injury or damage to persons, lifts or structures, immediately
- Continuous focus on fostering a safe work environment.
- Practices safe work procedures, and follows all safety rules at all times.
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by site management.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure required deadlines are met.
