Responsibilities
- We already support patients across more than 80% of ZIP codes and partner with 5 of the 10 largest biopharma companies in the world.
- We raised $160M+ from leading investors to build an exceptional team and unlock the full scale of the opportunity.
- As a Software Engineer, Provider Growth at Forus, you will build the systems that determine how quickly our provider network expands and how effectively new practices become active users of the platform.
- You will work closely with Product, Operations, and Growth to identify friction, ship quickly, and measure whether what you build actually changes provider behavior.
- Own core parts of the provider experience end to end, from onboarding and activation through the workflows that make Forus valuable in everyday practice.
- Set the technical direction for Provider Growth, making architecture and platform decisions that support rapid experimentation without creating unnecessary complexity.
- A track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
Requirements
- Strong product judgment and an ability to balance speed, reliability, technical quality, and real user impact
Skills
- Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge
