About the role
- Adonis is looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our growing Engineering organization.
Responsibilities
- Deliver solutions end-to-end -from understanding customer pain points to configuring Adonis platform for their specific requirements and deploying to production
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver features that solve meaningful customer problems.}
- Fluency in Python and TypeScript with production experience building scalable systems
Nice to have
- Forward deployed or field engineering experience at B2B companies
- Eight plus years software engineering experience with strong full-stack capabilities
- Advanced SQL skills - complex queries, performance optimization, navigating large database schemas
- Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions - comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and shipping quickly
- Clear communication with customer stakeholders - comfortable working directly with customer IT teams and navigating enterprise organizations
- Strong debugging and problem-solving - can dig into unfamiliar systems and figure out root causes independently

Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $190,000 to $210,000.

- End-to-End Engineering: Prototype and develop web applications with complex interaction patterns, flexible components, and efficient backend systems using Python, TypeScript/React, and PostgreSQL.
- Lead on-site discovery and own production deployments for health system partners running Epic, Athena, and other major EHR platforms
