About the role

This position requires presence in the construction sites; candidates are to be open to domestic relocation based on project schedules & locations.

Implement and manage the project quality plan, inspection test plans (ITPs), and associated procedures.
Monitor site construction activities to verify compliance with design, standards, and workmanship requirements.
Manage nonconformance control, ensuring timely investigation, corrective actions, and closure Conduct internal and joint audits with client representatives to ensure continual compliance and improvement.
Lead and mentor the site quality team to maintain a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or quality management.
15-20 years of experience managing quality on large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, codes, and inspection standards relevant to civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
Proven experience leading multi-discipline quality teams in active construction environments.
Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with clients and multiple contractors on complex projects.
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship. #LI-BB1.

Experience with Data Center or mission-critical facility projects is highly preferred.
Certification in NDT, welding inspection, or discipline-specific quality programs is preferred.
