About the role
- This position requires presence in the construction sites; candidates are to be open to domestic relocation based on project schedules & locations.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the project quality plan, inspection test plans (ITPs), and associated procedures.
- Monitor site construction activities to verify compliance with design, standards, and workmanship requirements.
- Manage nonconformance control, ensuring timely investigation, corrective actions, and closure Conduct internal and joint audits with client representatives to ensure continual compliance and improvement.
- Lead and mentor the site quality team to maintain a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or quality management.
- 15-20 years of experience managing quality on large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, codes, and inspection standards relevant to civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
- Proven experience leading multi-discipline quality teams in active construction environments.
- Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with clients and multiple contractors on complex projects.
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship. #LI-BB1.

Nice to have
- Experience with Data Center or mission-critical facility projects is highly preferred.
- Certification in NDT, welding inspection, or discipline-specific quality programs is preferred.
