About the role

The incumbent will submit Intercompany Reconciliation on import shipments monthly and provide the necessary in-bond domestic and export shipment documention for drawback purposes.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Daily preparation of the TTB 5100.11 forms for all in-bond Bulk and Case Good Export, and Domestic shipments from the Fort Smith facility.
Export Proof of Delivery to meet the TTB regulated deadlines.

Maintain accurate monthly records.
Support Regulatory Compliance Manager and other Regulatory Compliance team members by performing various tasks as needed.

Experience / Qualification: Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
Education: Undergraduate degree in Business preferred.

Strong and demonstrable customer service mindset and capable of working effectively across a number of departments and levels.
Willingness to challenge to ensure legal and financial integrity of reporting is maintained.
Import and Export experience preferred.

The salary range for this role, based in Fort Smith, is $41,040.00 to $51,300.00.
