About the role

Responsibilities
- Administrative support for Partners (approx.
- Calendar or meeting coordination support
- Denver office facilities support (approx.
- Acting as a main point of contact for office related matters, liaise with staff and building management
- Oversee the day-to-day office; order/maintain office supplies, spaces and equipment
- Coordinate meetings, events, catering and visitor requirements. Support in the coordination of events that contribute to team building and bonding.
- General and system administration; ad hoc support (approx.

Skills
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional manner
- Significant administrative experience, ideally within a large professional services organisation
- Strong experience of diary, travel management and expense submissions
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality
- Demonstrate strong planning, organisation and problem-solving abilities, especially when under pressure
- Adaptable, flexible and committed to supporting your team
- Experience in mentoring junior team members desirable
- Work in a collaborative, high-performing team environment
- Hybrid working model offering flexibility (3-4 days in office)
- Ongoing learning, mentoring, and professional development
Compensation
- $57,200 - $63,600
- In compliance with Colorado's, New York & Massachusetts's Equal Pay Transparency Act, PA is required to provide a reasonable salary range for this role.
