About the role

  • Administrative support for Partners (approx.
  • Calendar or meeting coordination support
  • Denver office facilities support (approx.
  • Acting as a main point of contact for office related matters, liaise with staff and building management
  • Oversee the day-to-day office; order/maintain office supplies, spaces and equipment
  • Coordinate meetings, events, catering and visitor requirements. Support in the coordination of events that contribute to team building and bonding.
  • General and system administration; ad hoc support (approx.

Skills

  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional manner
  • Significant administrative experience, ideally within a large professional services organisation
  • Strong experience of diary, travel management and expense submissions
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality
  • Demonstrate strong planning, organisation and problem-solving abilities, especially when under pressure
  • Adaptable, flexible and committed to supporting your team
  • Experience in mentoring junior team members desirable
  • Work in a collaborative, high-performing team environment
  • Hybrid working model offering flexibility (3-4 days in office)
  • Ongoing learning, mentoring, and professional development

Compensation

  • $57,200 - $63,600
  • In compliance with Colorado's, New York & Massachusetts's Equal Pay Transparency Act, PA is required to provide a reasonable salary range for this role.
