Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and maintenance of presentations, schedules, reports, and documentation using Google Workspace
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for technical and event-related projects
  • Support daily studio scheduling and booking coordination
  • Support inventory tracking and organization of studio equipment and supplies
  • Help maintain studio readiness, including tracking supplies and coordinating maintenance requests as needed
  • Provide operational support to leadership and department staff as needed
  • Help maintain equipment storage areas and ensure equipment is properly tracked before and after events
  • Support event logistics, including office-in-a-box resources and production staffing coordination
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
  • Previous experience or internship experience in live events, studio operations, production support, or technical coordination

Requirements

  • The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • We will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable law.

Compensation

  • $26k-$32k
