Responsibilities
- Support inventory counts and material tracking
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisor
- We're currently hiring a hands-on Warehouse Associate (Pre-Apprentice) to support daily warehouse operations at our Oshkosh facility.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work safely around elevated platforms.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
- Strong work ethics and willingness to learn
- Basic organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers or learning basic inventory systems
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Be reliable and punctual
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude toward co-workers and leadership
- Participate in training and meetings as scheduled
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Show initiative and interest in growing your skills
Nice to have
- Forklift experience a plus (certification can be provided)
