About the role
- This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and enjoys turning growth objectives into practical execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency maps
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure delivery readiness
- Drive clear ownership, communication, and accountability across cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in project management or program management
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong ability to identify risks, gaps, and dependencies with limited initial context
Nice to have
- Familiarity with analytics or launch metrics
- Experience supporting go-to-market or product launches
- CAPM or PMP certification
