- Candidates should be familiar with drafting research articles for publication.
- The applicant's research focus should be in postsecondary access and preferably have an interest in rural students.
- Also, candidates must possess a sincere interest in expanding access for underserved youth from rural regions.
Requirements
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to organize and multitask functions to ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Ability to use statistical software programs.
- Understanding of IRB protocols and application procedures
- Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
- P roblem analysis and problem-solving skills.
