  • The applicant's research focus should be in postsecondary access and preferably have an interest in rural students.
  • Also, candidates must possess a sincere interest in expanding access for underserved youth from rural regions.

Requirements

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to organize and multitask functions to ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Ability to use statistical software programs.
  • Understanding of IRB protocols and application procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
  • P roblem analysis and problem-solving skills.
